NeuroKare ("we," "us," or "our") is a medical clinic operating at the intersection of neuroinflammation, chronic pain, and neuroplastic recovery. Our physician, Dr. John Lee, M.D., is a dual board-certified physician providing telemedicine services through the NeuroReset Program.

As a healthcare provider offering clinical services, NeuroKare is considered a Covered Entity under HIPAA and is required to protect the privacy and security of your Protected Health Information (PHI).

7. Telehealth & State Licensing

NeuroKare provides telemedicine services through Dr. John Lee, M.D. Telemedicine services are subject to state-specific licensing and practice requirements. By enrolling in our program, you confirm that you are located in a state where Dr. Lee is licensed to practice medicine at the time of your consultation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that telemedicine services from NeuroKare are permitted in your state of residence. NeuroKare reserves the right to decline service to patients located in states where we are not authorized to provide care.

8. Third-Party Services

We work with the following categories of third-party service providers who may have access to your information in the course of providing services to us. Where required by HIPAA, we have entered into Business Associate Agreements with these vendors:

9. Minors

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. We are required by law to abide by the terms of the notice currently in effect. If we make material changes, we will post the updated notice on our website and, where required, notify you directly.
